At FARMERTEC, the return of goods is provided quickly and without problems!We strive to provide the best shopping experience, including quick and easy returns.

7 days return guarantee
If one or more of the items you received are damaged, different from what you ordered, or not working, this Warranty will protect you.Please contact us to authorize material to return within 7 days of receiving your order.
After returning the product to the address provided by our customer service team, we will ship you a new product free of charge (and refund the shipping cost of the returned product), or you can choose to receive a full refund.
Return without reason within 30 days
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and the item is still in new condition, you may be able to arrange a partial refund that will cover the price of the item minus the shipping fee.You are responsible for the return shipping fee.If you do not wish to pay high import duties for the return package, please do not choose express mail services such as DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx and the like.
Please contact us to authorize the material to return within 30 days of receipt of the order.
Missing items, wrong items or wrong package sent
During delivery, check that the package is in good condition (no signs of being opened) and confirm the contents before signing for receipt.
In case of problems, please contact us and follow the warranty procedure:
1. Specify the order number and product code (SKU number).
2. Send us a clear photograph of the outer packaging so that all shipping labels are visible, and (if applicable) of the product received.
Possible solutions after Farmertec confirms the problem:
If an item is missing, we will resend the missing item/accessory within the warranty period.
If we shipped the wrong item, we will issue a full refund or send an alternative item (if applicable and available).Farmertec will decide if you need to return the wrong item and will also refund the cost of the return postage upon receipt.
Repair time
Pre-built chainsaw power heads - 6 months for household users or 3 months for commercial users.
Accessories - 6 months
Warranty Exclusions and Notes
1. Natural deterioration of the product due to wear and tear and aging and breakage/damage during use are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not covered by the warranty.
2. If the goods are damaged/improperly used, the product quality guarantee becomes void immediately.In such cases, compensation is not provided.However, you can contact us to purchase a replacement or parts (if applicable).We charge the original cost of the components plus shipping.
The customer's warranty is void in the following cases:
- Changing, deleting, customizing or replacing parts of the product
- Using the product in a way not originally intended
- Continued use of the product after a malfunction occurs, resulting in more damage
Processing limitation

The following section describes the processing time required upon receipt of your returned product.
In exchange cases, the processing time for the exchanged item is 5 to 15 business days after receipt of the returned item and subject to stock availability.

In the case of a repair, the duration depends on the product and the availability of spare parts from the manufacturer.
How do I apply for a warranty (return, repair and refund)?

Carefully follow our warranty service procedure to minimize any delays:
1. Describe the problem with the product in detail: What happened?When?How?Specify the complete order number and product code (SKU number).
2. Tell us what steps you have already taken to solve the problem.
3. Provide the product code found on the outer packaging.
4. Submit a clear photo or video showing the defect(s).Photos or videos must be taken in good lighting.

If the product is returned more than one month after receipt, or if the product is returned for reasons related to the customer (including reasons for dissatisfaction, 'the customer changed his mind', the shipping cost is paid by the customer. If returned within one month for reasons related to by the customer, Farmertec pays shipping costs and the customer must return the product using the shipping method prescribed by Farmertec In all return situations, the customer must provide a tracking number.
3. Customers should contact us before returning a product.Items returned without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) will not be accepted.In the event of incomplete warranty service requests, Farmertec reserves the right to reject any compensation.If a customer returns a package without prior RMA (RMA Form), sends an incorrect address, returns the wrong product or empty packaging, Farmertec reserves the right to reject any refund.
4.
