The total time is the sum processing time and time delivery.
Time of processing = the time from when you place an order to when we ship it;
Delivery time = time from the moment of shipment of the order to the moment of its delivery;
The total delivery time is calculated from the time the order is placed until the time it is delivered to you.The total shipping time is divided into processing time and shipping time.
Time of processing:
The time it takes to prepare the goods for shipment from our warehouse.It includes preparation of goods, quality control and packaging for shipment.
Delivery time:
The time it takes to deliver goods from our warehouse to their destination.
All items sold by Farmertec are guaranteed to ship within 60 days.
If you do not receive your items within this period, you are entitled to a full refund after our postal inquiry.
Note: Delivery may be delayed due to unavoidable conditions, such as slow customs clearance procedures or adverse weather conditions, etc. Due to such an uncontrollable situation, the processing time for refund / reshipment is extended by the number of days of delay.
A full refund is not available under the following circumstances:
1. Delays due to buyer providing incorrect or incomplete shipping information;
2. Delivery delays due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, adverse weather or war;
3. Any uninsured order that is lost or stolen;
4. Delivery delays due to any other events beyond Farmertec's control, such as public holidays or customs issues.
